Doing Business for fresh graduate.

Many of you are thinking of doing business. What to do? Where to do it? How to do it? Who to sell to? Everyone will ask the same question to themselves. But no one really start doing it, most of them don’t want take risk to do business. Working for government, or private sector insure their life with salary. No need to scare this and that, take an easy life and past their whole life just like this. Everyone wants peaceful life, who wants life full of adventurous. I could say only those millionaire have a real adventurous.

No pain no gain, today you saw a millionaire, you think their success without any pain? They live peacefully they can be millionaire? Many of them facing difficulties that we cannot imaging, pressure, and hard work, humiliated. They have so many stories to tell.

So how to start doing business, first of all find a job, Public Relationship job. Such as salesman, marketing executive, speaker, agent and operator. The best one is working as insurance agent. Now many insurance companies provide training and a basic salary for the fresh joint person. Many of them will welcome you. But you have to hit the target or else you’ll kick out. Their training are magnificence, they teach you how to look at the person you talk to or sell product to, from their face you will know what to say and what to tell. They also teach people how to convince others to buy your product. Why I choose insurance agency? Because if you sell the product you also gain commission and everyone need insurance, most important you might meet every level of people when you want sell your product. This is very helpful for that fresh graduate which have no network in the society,

So before you want do any business, make sure you gain enough society experience. Unless your father is millionaire, then I have nothing to say.

Retire people

Old ones like your parents, grandparents. They rather keep the money and hold the money tight after they retired, for me retire from work, is the start of business, start of adventures, years you work hard, and peace cause don’t want family member live in peaceful live. Now when you retire, there are nothing you need to care about, children grown up and can feed themselves, even can feed you.

For me, they should come out and fight for live, or else retire not just they want to relax. But waiting for death. Fighting makes life more meaningful. They will live with target they have aim for live till they collapse. With aim, they will have hope, so many retire people staying at home doing nothing; they have no aim, no target, and also a lot of time to waste. Why don’t come out and fight for themselves.55 years old is that old? I think everyone don’t think so 55 years old is the age to fight cause without any family burden and also the network you build up for about 55 years. This age doing business is much more easier than a fresh graduate. They have experience, mature thought, leadership and most important they have friends in various field.

So how, I don’t know why eldest always like to hide at home watching tv or drink coffee with brother, even that they can think for business opportunity, but they just say too risking, they just want peaceful for the rest of their life. Hai~~ for me is just waste. May be only me meeting this kind of people.

Oh my god, scam page now certified by a scam verified company. May be more and more people not so easily believe in a SCAM website, so they gather and create a website to certified their scam website ? What a clever creator, I nearly believe in that certified. Marketing gimmick for scam website, to gain trust of the website user. People want to find work at home job, earn huge money without putting any effort. Still many people are cheated by the SCAM. Why ? because of attractive feedback money.

Actually there are few steps to clarify whether that web is a scam or not. If they say they will pay you money but you have to paid to join that website, that is 100% SCAM web. Do not trust it. Did your employer ask you to pay him before you join their company ? It is ridiculous. So anything involving paying money before you can work for them, don’t join. And if they ask for your credit card, pay-pal and e-banking password or username. Don’t give them.

If they really want to pay you money, they will ask only full name, mailing address because they want to send cheque to you. If direct banking, just give banking account and name. Other extra information is not applicable for paying you money. So do not provide to them. If they ask more than that, SCAM web.

I also hunt for online job, although I not cheated yet but I can say 99% online job is the scam. Until now I still not found an really earning online job. If you guys found one, so please tell me. Hahaha,,, so I can have extra income. I plan to go around the world but lack of budget.

Fresh Graduate - Job Hunting for engineer

I’m Engineer; my degree is in Electrical and Electronic Engineer. Just want to advice those fresh engineers. I know as fresh engineer, you are so eagerly finding a job relate to you major course. How to apply? jobstreet ? or other recruitment website or newspaper? For me fresh graduate, not only engineer, you have to choose the place you want to work at. This is important. As you don’t choose the location it is hard for you to make decision. Such as, you are living in Malaysia but you want to find job in Singapore, I suggest u directly go to Singapore to find job. Cause if you don’t go, even you got the interview session you will think twice, and because you scare you won’t get it.

The other thing is search around the area, do the survey, before that decide you field first. Such as construction site, factory, consultant, utilities or government agency. Then dig out all their HR email address or contact address, and prepare resume, CV , cover letter and photo. Just send it in even they don’t advertise that their got vacancy, because most of them need more manpower and sometimes they are not going to advertise unless they need them emergency. So they will ask you to interview before their advertisement then your chances higher than the others.

Most important you register with BEM, there is one practice says, “Any person who wants to take up employment as an engineer must be registered as a Graduate Engineer with BEM. BEM recognizes the experience gained by an engineering graduate only after he has registered as a Graduate Engineer. As such, it is prudent for an engineering graduate to register as a Graduate Engineer at the very beginning of his engineering career.” If you want to grade as Professional Engineer (PE) then you should register with BEM especially those who interest in consultancy and design.

Fresh graduate need to avoid changing job too frequently, like one year change two to three company. Please, no matter how hard it is, work for one year or more, better if you work three to five years. Those who just come out to work don’t feel that you are useless or what, cause working really different from studying, and first two months you might feel boring. Don’t worries about it, company employ you and they did pay you. One day they will need you, and as employee, you should also need to take enthusiasm to work, ask for job from your supervisor, manager. They will find something for you to do. Even not related to your field, don’t feel down, just work on it.

Salary also is very important, don’t work for salary with under the market price, if you take it, you will ruin the engineer market price. Normally, fresh engineer can get up to RM1800 the lowest. MNC can give up to RM2800. So set a target, and be confidence to yourself as if you yourself don’t believe you can get it. You will get the lowest.

Wealth planner, have you all heard of that ? Especially the insurance agency, always crown themselves as wealth planner. They just plan on your salary and the extra one should give them to buy insurance. Lol… heard so many times I also can be one of the wealth planner liao. Below are the way to plan:

For daily food, RM13

Breakfast = RM 3 for coffee or tea or milo plus roti, cereal and mee kosong
Lunch = RM 5 for economic rice and drinks.
Dinner = RM 5 for economic rice and drinks.

So per month RM13X30 days = RM390

For utilities,
Water = RM20
Electric = RM 50 (with refrigerator and one air-con operate at sleeping time only.)
Fuel = RM150 (one car traveling distance 15km-20km perday),
Phone = RM 60 per person
Internet = RM 88
Newspaper = RM 40
Cleaner = RM 50 (soap for washing clothe, floor, plate, cup)
Personal = RM 50 (shampoo, soap, gel, tissue)
Entertainment = RM 300 (MovieX4, Lim teh with friendsX4, Girl friend, massage, etc)
Lumpsum = RM102 (any addition expense)
Loan = RM 300 (car)

Total = RM1600

If your income only RM1800 to RM 2300, can use this planning lo. Then you can buy one medical card or life insurance for RM200, which actually include both. If still got money left then can save for future. For those earn RM 800. Then, have to cut the entertainment fee and other expense such as car loan, fuel, internet . The one salary RM2600 may plus house loan. Above that they can make investment like buying mutual fund.

Wealth planner = salesman, plan for your extra money to buy their item lol.. But make sure you guys buy insurance or medic card, as we don’t know what will happen next step we go. So for our family for ourselves, buy it.
